The Kearney High School "Tackle Pink" Campaign will present a check to the Good Samaritan Cancer Center on  Thursday, November 12, 2009  at 11:30am at the Good Samaritan Cancer Center.   Steve Loveless, the interim Administrator for Good Samaritan Hospital will accept the check.    The Good Samaritan Cancer Center provides extra financial assistance to families who are having  difficulty meeting their basic financial needs.  The money raised during the Pink Out will go to help those families right here in Kearney!

On October 9th, Kearney High School held a "Pink Out" at the home football game to benefit the Cancer Center raising over $16,000 through the sale of pink t-shirts.
